7 Ways To Wirelessly Transfer Files To An Android Device

Software Data Cable
Software-Data-Cable-for-android

This is a free app which lets us transfer data using Wi-Fi. This is a great utility for folks who transfer lots of files and don’t like USB cables.

Dropbox

Dropbox-for-android

This is a great way to make files available on your multiple devices. While all your Dropbox files can be available on your device, a sometimes overlooked feature is the ability to designate a file as a "favourite" on your device, which causes it to be kept locally and available offline.Syncing your files between all of your computers, smartphones, and tablets is what it is all about. All you have to do is install the Dropbox desktop application and sign in using the same login. It will watch your Dropbox folder and automatically make sure your files are the same no matter where you get them.

ES File Explorer

ES-File-Explorer-for-android

This is an excellent file manager for Android. It comes with a built in search function, image viewer, and most importantly a LAN browser that we can use totransfer files to our computer through Wi-Fi.

Fast File Transfer

Fast-File-Transfer-for-android

This app uses Wi-Fi Tethering for establishing connection between two devices and doesnt require any internet connection to transfer files. A very useful app for transferring large files as its lightning fast.

WiFi File Explorer

WiFi-File-Explorer-for-android

This uses your Android devices Wi-Fi connection to join your wireless network, then creates a little Web server on your network that lets you browse your files from any other computer on the network. So you just go to your PC, type the IP address and port number the app gives you and then youll see a list of your phones files and folders in your browser window. The app includes a password protection option, which should probably be enabled by default, but mostly isnt.

iShare

This app helps you to upload, download and share file over the internet. You can totally forget USB data cable and freely send and receive any files between mobile devices and computers. iShare is a cross-platform file sharing app. It supports all kinds of platforms to upload, share and download files.

File Expert

File-Expert-for-android

This is one of the simplest and most cost effective solution .File Expert is a powerful Wi-Fi enabled file manager that allows you to easily move files from a PC to a tablet through a convenient web interface. The first task is to make sure the tablet and the desktop are on the same network. Once that is done, fire up File Expert. File Expert offers many features like Cloud storage. All basic file operations(copy, paste, move, create and rename) etc. are available as well.

ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO MAKE BUILD IN SYSTEM RECOVERY FOR YOUR LAPTOP

ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO MAKE BUILD IN SYSTEM RECOVERY FOR YOUR LAPTOP

Today i would like to share with you in how to make your own built-in system recovery on Win 7 OS.

Intro

As we know, most laptops sold in the market have its own recovery system. For example, the manufacturer Lenovo has called the One-key system recovery. The system has its own disk partition that has been created by the manufacturer.Unfortunately when there is damage to the hard disks such as mechanical damage or electronic systems such as short test failed on the hard disk, the damage is covering the whole partition including the recovery partition. So with no other option we had to buy a new hard drive to replace it. To restore system recovery partition, only the manufacturer can do so. If you have a warranty, send it to them. If your warranty has expired, this is an alternative way to create the recovery partition.

Requirement

Below are things to do before creating system recovery:
  • New fresh windows already installed with drivers, software (eg Office, Antivirus and others). Please take note, the more software you install more space you need. just enough basic needs.
  • Windows 7 installation disk. If not, create a system repair disc by clicking Start> Control Panels> Backup and Restore> Create a System Repair Disk and burn it. I prefer to use System Repair Disk to reduce space usage.
  • Space partition at least 30GB. Depend software that installed on your system
  • EasyBCD software

Follow the step below
  1. Insert the windows 7 installation disk or system repair disc.
  2. Copy all the items in the disk into the system recovery partition.
  3. Run EasyBCD. Create boot - New entry> WinPE>Rename boot (eg. Reovery)>Path>Browse Recovery partition>Source>Boot.wim>Open>Add Entry
  4. Edit countdown time - Edit Boot Menu > Change time (in sec) > Save Settings
  5. Uninstall EasyBCD if you do not need such change countdown time. If you need just leave it.
  6. Disconnect the internet connection before making system recovery. Prevent software updates during the process. Close all application.
  7. Create system image - Start> Control Panels> Backup and Restore> Create a System Image
  8. Tick On a Hard Drive. Select recovery partition and System partition only (eg. C: Drive)
  9. Wait till finish . (20-30min) depend on your system. Done

How to protect the recovery partition from the user accidently modified (eg edit, delete and format) the partition:
  1. Right-click on recovery partition > Properties > Security > Edit > Set all permission  user account include administrator to READ-ONLY > OK
  2. Right-click My computer > Manage > Disk Management > Right-click Recovery Partition > Change drive letter and path > Remove.

Now you have your own system recovery. No need to bring your recovery disk or windows installer. If the system partition windows corrupted or want to re-format the windows partition, just boot into recovery and load a system image system that you have created earlier. No need to install drivers one by one and application.

Special thanks to neosmart.net for EasyBCD

Thanks.

11 Things to do after Rooting your Android Smartphone

11 Things to do after Rooting your Android Smartphone

Probably if you have landed on this post, probabilities are high that you have just Rooted your Android device, and looking for things you need too do just after you Root Your Android Smartphone. Well on a lighter note, first update a Facebook Staus ;). Just kidding, though it is good measure. SO this post has some steps and things you need to do just after your root your Android Smartphone.
Things to do after Rooting your Android Smartphone

Check Root:

Yes, this is definitely the first, in case you have actually rooted your Android Smartphone. So in the things you need to do after you root your smartphone, the first one is, make sure that you have actually rooted your Android Smartphone. You can do that by a number of ways, there are plenty of root checker apps that available in the Play Store.

Install CWM :

CWM is abbreviated form of Clockworksmod Recovery. Now this recovery is a custom recovery and it would replace the stock recovery that is pre-installed on your Android Device. A Custom Recovery would allow you do various tasks and really make your life simple. It allows you to flash “Zips” right from the phone itself, there would be no need to use a PC Tool to do that in case. Wipe and manage cache partitions and also it allows to manage NAndroid Backups. Soinstalling a CWM recovery on your Android Smartphone stands second, in the list of things to do after you root your Android Smaertphone.

Flash Custom ROMs:

Being able to install and flash custom ROMs is one of the biggest reason that today so many people are rooting their Android Smartphones. Why stick to the old and monotonous interface of the device, when you can get much more interactive looks as well as much more great tweaks with custom ROMs. You can flash custom ROMs and just sit back and enjoy the interface on your Android Smartphone. Actually that is one of the most entertaining advantage of rooting an Andriod Smartphone.

Play HD Games:

Yes no matter what handset you got, when you root your device, there are many advantages and things to do with android after rooting, it and one of them is enjoy HD and heavy games on your Android device, even if it low end smartphone. By rooting you can play some heavy games on your android smartphone even if you smartphone did not support them before you rooted it. Just a few tweaks and that heavy game which did not run first, would run smoothly on the device.

Increase RAM of Android Device:

Yes with Android Smartphone you can do a number of tweaks, and one of them is you can increase the RAM of your Android Smartphone. There are many ways and apps with the help of which you can increase the RAM of your rooted Android Smartphone. As you increase the RAM you can speed up your Android Smartphone. Some methods include using apps, other include partitioning your SD card, and then make your phone use that partition as  your phone’s additional RAM which in turn speed up the device. So if you have a slow android smartphone, increasing the RAM is definitely a must thing to do after your root your Android Smartphone.

Increase Internal Memory:

Also some Android Smartphones have really low internal memory like some low end smartphones from Smasung, HTC Etc, which only have around 300 MB of internal memory, and in that case installing apps becomes a pain in your arse. As after installing the most required apps like, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc the memory is almost full and it won’t allow you to install any further app. But do no worry, if you have rooted your Android Smartphone, there is no problem. You can simply increase the internal memory of your Android Smartphone, and it definitely a must thing to do after you root android smartphone, if you specifically have a smartphone with very low memory.

Overclocking:

Overclocking your Android Smartphone is another great thing to do after you root your Android Smartphone. Overclocking is a process by which you just increase the clocking speed of the processor in your Android Smartphone. And in turn the processing speed of the phone will increase and then the phone will perform much faster. But this is not a thing which you must do right after you root your Android Smartphone. As overclocking is not for beginners, and I would suggest if you new to the rooting arena, you should skip this thing as off now. You can get back later when you have enough knowledge about what is really is. As overclocking your android smartphone requires skill, and you should have full knowledge about what you are doing. overclocking can give rise to many issues like heating defects, and also it can decrease the life of your processor, and even brick your device if not done properly. So if you’re a beginner stay from this overclocking thing.

Install themes for Android Smartphone:

Android themes are one great way to increase the productivity and enhace the looks of your Android Smartphone. You can make personalized changes that suit you the best and also change the looks according to you. Just with a few taps, and this is another cool thing to do after rooting android smartphone. Themes are basically free, but some are paid too. You can get the KitKat look, iOS look just by installing the theme on your Android Smartphone.

Install must try apps for rooted phone:

There are many apps that are must try after you root your Android Smartphone. Like there are many apps that you weren’t able to install previously on your Smartphone, as it was not rooted then. Like activating the LED Notification lights after rooting your Android Smartphone, off course your handset needs to support that feature firstly. There are many apps that you must try, and we have made a list of those apps, you can read it from the link below.

Delete Bloatware:

Cleanup all the bloatware from the device. Bloatware means the unwanted stock apps that come pre-installed on the device, and then they cannot be deleted without root. You can delete these kind of apps using various app from the Play Store like the “Root Explorer” or “Uninstall Master”. Also deleting the bloatware from the phone, speeds it up, so it is must thing to do after you root your android smartphone.

Unroot your Android Smartphone:

Well this one is pretty unorthodox. yes you unrooting your Android Smartphone is one of the things that you should do after rooting your Android Smartphone. Sounds funny but yeah, I’m pretty sure on that. Well that actually depends on you. Everything comes with a price, like when you root your android smartphone, you will actually end up voiding your smartphone’s warranty. And there are many more disadvantages after you root your Android Smartphone, but yes there are many advantages too. So if in your case the unadvantages seem to have more impact, may be you should unroot your Android Smartphone. To decide between the facts, Read:
So this was a short post including some things that you should do after rooting your Android Smartphone. I hope this would help you. ;)

5 way to increase your blog traffic and SEO

5 way to increase your blog traffic and SEO

5 way to increase your blog traffic and SEO

Follow these suggestions, and watch your website rise the ranks to the top of search-engine results.

Publish relevant content
Quality content is the number one driver of your search engine rankings and there is no substitute for great content. Quality content created specifically for your intended user increases site traffic, which improves your site’s authority and relevance.

Identify a keyword phrase for each page. Think about how your reader might search for that specific page. Then, repeat this phrase several times throughout the page—once or twice in the opening and closing paragraphs, and two to four more times throughout the remaining content.

Don’t forget to use bold, italics, heading tags, and other emphasis tags to highlight keyword phrases, but don’t overdo it.

Never sacrifice good writing for SEO. The best pages are written for the user, not for the search engine.

Update your content regularly
You’ve probably noticed that we feel pretty strongly about content. Search engines do, too. Regularly updated content is viewed as one of the best indicators of a site’s relevancy, so be sure to keep it fresh.

Metadata
When designing your website, each page contains a space between the <head> tags to insert metadata, or information about the contents of your page. If you have a CMS site, the UMC web team will have pre-populated this data for you:

Title Metadata
Title metadata is responsible for the page titles displayed at the top of a browser window. It is the most important metadata on your page. For those with a CMS website, the web team has developed an automated system for creating the meta title for each webpage.

Description Metadata
Description metadata is the textual description that a browser will use in your page search return. Think of it as your site’s window display—a concise and appealing description of what is contained within, with the goal of encouraging people to enter.

Keyword Metadata
Keyword metadata are the search phrases that people type when they want to find your page. You’ll want to include a variety of phrases. However, don’t get greedy: if your list becomes excessive, the browser may completely ignore the data. As a general rule, try to keep it to about 6-8 phrases with each phrase consisting of 1-4 words. A great example would be "computer science degree."

Have a link-worthy site
Focus on creating relevant links within the text. Instead of having “click here” links, try writing out the name of the destination. “Click here” has no search engine value beyond the attached URL, whereas “Michigan Tech Enterprise Program” is rich with keywords and will improve your search engine rankings as well as the ranking of the page you are linking to.

Use alt tags
Always describe your visual and video media using alt tags, or alternative text descriptions. They allow search engines to locate your page, which is crucial—especially for those who use text-only browsers.

These are only a few of the many methods for improving your search engine ranking. If you want to learn more, we recommend the following resources:

A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart

A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart

A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart

oke gan kali ini saya akan share cara mengatasi “A disk read error occurred Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart” ....postingan ini sy buat karna ada pengunjung yang chat sy melalui YM tentang ini....mdh2an bsa membantu...

Cara simple untuk mengatasinya adalah sebagai berikut:
Boot CD XP (pakai XP SP 3)
Tekan R untuk repair yg pertama dan otomatis akan buka recovery console
gunakan command CHKDSK /p tunggu sampai selesai
kemudian gunakan CHKDSK /R tunggu sampai selesai

dari pengalaman langsung bisa masuk windows
kemudian defrag OS Drive (default by C:) untuk mencegah terjadinya error lagi
good luck.
kalo misalnya dari command di atas masih gagal mungkin bisa coba list command di bawah ini:
CHKDSK [volume[[path]filename]]] [/F] [/V] [/R] [/X] [/I] [/C] [/L[:size]]
volume Specifies the drive letter (followed by a colon),
mount point, or volume name.
filename FAT/FAT32 only: Specifies the files to check for fragmentation.

  • /F : Fixes errors on the disk.

  • /V : On FAT/FAT32: Displays the full path and name of every file on the disk. On NTFS: Displays cleanup messages if any.

  • /R : Locates bad sectors and recovers readable information (implies /F).

  • /L:size : NTFS only: Changes the log file size to the specified number of kilobytes. If size is not specified, displays current size.

  • /X : Forces the volume to dismount first if necessary. All opened handles to the volume would then be invalid (implies /F).

  • /I : NTFS only: Performs a less vigorous check of index entries.
  • /C : NTFS only: Skips checking of cycles within the folder structure.
The /I or /C switch reduces the amount of time required to run Chkdsk by
skipping certain checks of the volume.

Selamat mencoba....:D

12 thing to do increase battery life in android

12 thing to do increase battery life in android

1. Use power saving mode

Most Android device manufacturers have added some form of power-saving mode. You can automatically hobble your phones features or shut down specific apps when your battery dwindles below a predetermined level.

Stock Android only offers battery stats for now, but Android Lollipop has a battery saver option built in (which means most phones running Android 5 will too in the future). If you cant find a power saving option, check out an app like Juice Defender.

2. Automate your phone

You dont need your phone syncing away through the night, so why not introduce a bedtime routine that automatically silences it and kills your data and Wi-Fi connections? With apps like AutomateIt and Tasker you can also automatically turn things on and off based on triggers and rules you define.

3. Uninstall or disable apps

Delve into Settings > Apps and flick over to the All tab to find a complete list of your apps. Anything there that you dont use is a candidate for the uninstall pile. In their infinite wisdom, carriers and manufacturers sometimes block you from uninstalling their apps, but you usually have the option to disable them instead and its worth doing.

4. Hibernate or freeze apps

You may also consider installing Greenify to get a good look at what is running and automatically hibernate apps that you arent using, so they arent eating system resources unless you start them up.

Youll need to root your device to really take full advantage, which is simple enough but will take a little time to manage if youre new to the process. If you do decide to root then you may also consider Titanium Backup Pro for freezing unwanted apps.

5. Streamline your home screen

The busier your home screen, the more battery life its going to suck. Get rid of widgets that you dont need, and consider reducing refresh rates. Animation costs power, so ditch the live wallpapers.

If you have a phone with an AMOLED display (such as nearly all of the high end Samsungs or the new Moto X), then use a dark background for the home screen and a dark theme in general. The technology achieves deep blacks by not lighting up those pixels and so dark backgrounds can save you some power.

6. Tweak display settings

Your screen brightness is going to have a big impact on your battery. Dont rely on auto-brightness because it will generally be set higher than you really need. Reduce brightness manually and keep it as low as is comfortable. You can always pull down the notification shade and tweak it quickly via the quick settings when you have to.

You should also reduce the screen time out in display settings under sleep. The faster your Android device fades to black when not in use, the more power youll save.

7. Turn off vibrations

Some vibrations arent good; when it comes to your Android phone or tablet they can be an unnecessary battery killer.

Start with haptic feedback for key presses. Youll usually find the option to turn Vibrate on keypress off in Settings > Language & input in the options for the keyboard you are using. You could also turn off Sound on keypress for extra saving.

You can also go into Settings > Sound and turn off Vibrate when ringing. Youll find a Vibrate option that you can turn off in your SMS app settings as well.

8. Turn off notifications

Do you need to know every time someone likes a post or comments on something youve engaged with on Facebook? Do you want to hear about the latest special offer or new app in your notification shade?

When you install any app, it automatically gains the right to fire notifications at you, but you can stop it in Settings > Apps by tapping on the app and clearing the Show notifications box.

9. Reduce or stop auto-syncing

Do you need to check for emails every five minutes? Reduce the frequency of your syncing and use push settings for email wherever possible.

For non-essential apps and services you could just stop background syncing altogether and tell them to only refresh when you actually start the app up. This is usually done through the settings in the app itself.

10. Location services

Go to Settings > Location and you can see which services and apps are trying to track you. Switch the mode to lower accuracy or just turn it off and you can save a lot of power.

11. Get a spare battery, portable charger or case

Its an obvious suggestion, but a spare battery, a portable charger or an extended battery case are sure-fire methods of extending your battery life.

Most are quite discreet now as well, meaning its not a hulking great brick you need to carry around, but one that could possibly fit in your wallet. Of course, if you go for a bigger model they often offer quick charging capabilities or oodles of power so will offer more than a couple of charges.

12. Underclocking the CPU

If youre willing to root then you can sweep away bloatware and get an optimized custom ROM, you can even download an app like SetCPU for Root Users and tell your processor to run at a slower speed in order to use less power. Its an extreme step, but it definitely has an impact.

4 Simple Steps to Clean a Laptop Screen

4 Simple Steps to Clean a Laptop Screen

Cleaning your laptop screen or monitor is not hard since you can you your household products to do it. You dont have to buy a LCD cleaning products since

1. Turn off your laptop or LCD/LED Monitor :
Remove any power source such as power chord to avoid the electricity flow.

2. Create Your own Cleaning Solution.
You can simply use plain water, but it is better to mix it with organic solution such as vinegar. If you worried about the vinegar smell,  replace it with perfume . (I always use perfume, just make sure use a very small amount, you dont want to work with strong smell, trust me!).

3. Remove Dust by using Dry Lint and Brush.
First just wipe your screen without solution, just use Lint, and then use paint brush to remove dust and clean the screens edge.

3. Use Lint-Free Cloth or Your old T-shirt
It does not really matter what type of household item your want to use to wipe the LCD or screen, just make sure it is smooth and do absorb water. Apply a small amount of water or solution we created, make sure it is not too wet. I prefer to use empty spray bottle, the wipe your screen gently. (dont use excessive force to wipe because it could damage your screen pixel).

4. Final Touch
Again by using dry Lint Cloth wipe your screen again to remove any excessive solution/water on your screen.

Summary:
Im not a very careful guy, normally I just spray some water and let it there for 1 minute, then wipe with my old towel. I did this for about 7 years for both my laptop and my LED monitor.
